Looking pretty good! The lips aren't really synced up with the speech, but I can imagine that's hard to do. I'd suggest concentrating on model movement - whenever someone is standing still, there's is no movement from them at all, which makes them look weird. Adding these would greatly increase the immersion, I think.

Nice try! Still needs some work, but I couldn't tell you how - you can see the hand moving across the ground for instance, which I assume is not what you're looking for. Keep up the good work!
