I think the story's pretty good, but the volume of your recording is way, way too low. A little more attention to the dynamics when recording/mixing would make this a lot better still.

Nice tale, good voice - but if you've applied any EQ, there's no shame in being a bit more rigorous with it. And some de-essing would clean it up nicely too. Keep up the good work!

What do you mean when you say to be more rigorous? I'm not an audio engineer by any means, I just use some settings that I find to help clean up audio as best as I can haha
