The official stance is that when uploading art you check a box that says you agree with "[being] the artist and creator of the work you are submitting". Which I verified and was confirmed.
You Are The Art And You Are The Artist So Therefore If The Person Who Created The Art Hereby Created It For You And You Credit Them As A Artist With Your Oc Being The Direct Influence Yeah I See No Problem With That Its Cool Shareing Friends Art In Your Porfollio Is A Experience No Way That Art Could Of Been Created Without Your Intervention You Are Both Createors
