First time I'm celebrating, and very honored to do so by being featured in a @LexRodent bluesy rock track. I took a year of singing lessons as well as some inspiration by Soundgarden, Kyuss, Tool and Deftones to the writing table and for the lyrics ran with the idea that we have surrounded ourselves by robots to the extent that we are losing our humanity and are slowly being assimilated, in a societal sense.

So Lex, thanks for inviting me, I had a ton of fun doing this and the experience is really welcome. And to all listeners out there, hope you enjoy and feel free to leave a message.

Spending some of my summer holiday trying to write lyrics for various songs I have lying around. So knowing there's a poetry contest being held, I figured I'd simply go about it the same way I would any of the songs. This is what happened:

Judging 111 'Professional Amateur' submissions for the NGUAC Tryouts round. Having taken several hours worth of gardening work inside, this should actually be a lot less intense than I expected...

The boys in Crusade and I decided we were sick of waiting for life to allow us to throw a release party, so yesterday we released our debut album 'Game Over World' online. Apt title.

Looking for that one drum loop to fit your track that's just impossible to find? Maybe I can help.

The Man: Check out some examples of my drumming skills on Crusade's YouTube channel, and of played and recorded tracks for my own projects, either direct to two track or with a four track set up I plan on using in this exercise. I like to play heavier music, but am not restricted to simple pounding.

The Plan: on December 24th, I hope to record a number of live drum tracks for some of my projects. While I have everything set up, recording some extra loops should be a piece of cake. If you want a royalty-free drum loop recorded free of charge, give me:

• An example of the beat you want recorded
• The number of BPM it should be recorded at
• The WAV format (sample rate and bit depth) you would need the file in

If it's restricted to a couple of bars and not impossible to play, I'll set you up.
